Privacy
• The information you provide will only be used to process your order and, if requested, to send email updates.
• We will not share or sell your personal information or email address.
Fabric
• The minimum amount of fabric you may order is ¼ yard.
• Unless the description states otherwise, all fabric is 100% cotton, 42” – 44” wide.
• We do our best to obtain images with accurate color. For many reasons, including variances in monitors, we cannot promise that the color you see is what you will get. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have a question about a fabric.
Ordering
• All prices are in US dollars.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover.
• If you would rather not give your credit card information online, please call us at (760)446-7420, Monday through Saturday, 10am-5pm pacific time.
• If you prefer, you may send payment by check or Post Office money order. However, we will not ship merchandise until funds are deposited in our account.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order.
• To receive confirmation of your order, please add orders@thequiltedquail.com to your address book.
Shipping
• We will make every effort to process your order quickly and accurately. Our goal is to have your order on its way to you within 1 day of receipt.
• Shipping charges shown when you place your order are an estimate of the actual fees. Some fabrics, such as flannel & wide backs, are bulkier and may require a larger box. If you wish to be notified of exact charges prior to shipment, please make your request in the “Special Shipping Instructions” form.
• Our system uses the total dollar amount of your purchase to estimate shipping charges - 6 yards of fabric usually costs more and weighs more than 3 yards. When buying clearance fabric, your actual shipping charges may be higher than the estimate displayed when you submit your order.
• We do not charge a handling fee – only actual shipping costs.
• We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise.
• Local customers may pick up orders placed online. Indicate "pick up" in "Special Shipping Instructions" field. Your order will be ready after 12 noon the next day.
Domestic orders
• Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
• A$4.80 flat-rate envelope will usually hold 5-7 yards of regular fabric.
• A $9.80 flat-rate box will usually hold 15-18 yards of regular fabric.
• Insurance is not added unless requested in the “Special Shipping Instructions” form. The additional charge will be added to your invoice.
International orders
• Orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail flat-rate.
• Postage for envelopes is $9.95 to Canada or Mexico; $11.95 to other countries. Envelopes will usually hold 5-7 yards of regular fabric.
• Postage for boxes is $23.95 to Canada or Mexico; $38.95 to other countries. Boxes will usually hold 15-18 yards of regular fabric.
• Your order may be split into multiple shipments if the saving is significant. If you prefer to receive your order in one shipment, please state in "special shipping instructions.".
• Insurance & tracking is not available.
• No returns on international orders.
• We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise,
• You are responsible for any custom fees or duty.
Refunds and returns
• We will happily replace any merchandise which was sent in error or has a manufacturer’s defect, provided the merchandise is returned to us in the original condition.
• We can not accept the return of fabric that has been washed, cut, smells of cigarettes or other odors, or fabric with pet hair.
• Insurance and shipping charges are not refundable.
• You must notify us immediately if there is a problem with your order.
• Do not return any item without first obtaining our authorization.
• All sales of regularly-priced merchandise are final 10 days after we ship.
• Sales of clearance merchandise or bolt ends are final. No returns will be accepted on these items.
• All international sales are final. No returns or refunds on international orders.
